What would be your main responsibilities?
• Ensuring operative execution of personnel planning, development and recruitment processes
• Being actively involved in the development of the company’s personnel policy and development
• Helping plan, build, and organize team building events
• Supporting company employees on a daily basis
• Managing documents related to personnel management
• Preparing reports in accordance with the instructions of the head of the department
• Implementing and monitoring the remuneration system of the company’s employees, developing the project budget of the funds necessary for the needs of the staff.
Required skills:
• At least 1 year experience in IT recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Understanding of IT labor market trends
• Ability to make decisions independently and self-manage
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English
