During the recruitment process, we process the information we obtain if:

If it is reasonably necessary, we may look up information about you, your skills, experience, qualifications or any other information that you have posted and made publicly available on social networking sites, for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc

We process the above information in order to assess the applications submitted and select the most suitable candidate for the position, as well as to defend our legal interests if necessary.
CatchSmart only processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law and only if there is a legal basis for the processing. The legal basis for the processing of your data may differ depending on the purposes of the processing and the specificities of the data. We can use the following legal bases:

DATA RETENTION
CatchSmart will process you data for as long as any of the above legal bases for the processing of personal data exist. After this basis expires, CatchSmart will delete your data.
All information you provide to us when applying for vacancies and participating in the subsequent selection process will be kept for 2 years or deleted sooner if you have withdrawn your consent.
